Bookings

Provisional bookings are only held for 48 hours after which time they must be confirm by fax
Or a credit card number. Please ensure that you include your postal address and telephone
Number so that we can send confirmation.


Deposits

All reservations require a non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per room at the time of booking.
This is payable by cheque or credit card and will be deducted from your final bill on check-out.


Check-in and Check-out

Check-in times are between 2.00pm and 11.00pm on the day of arrival. Please ensure that
Your room is vacated by 11.00 am on the day of departure.


Cancellations

24 hours notification is required, otherwise full rate applies. For bookings in conjunction with
weddings and functions, deposits are non-refundable and full payment will be taken if cancelled
Less that 6 weeks prior to the event.
